Our next Bischix is SUNDAY - November 26 from 11am to 2pm (or sellout!)

We’ll be celebrating the birthday of this concept as well as the addition of our newest Bischik - Chef Garrett!

The menu is inspired by the teams recent trip to Chicago - you won’t want to miss these bites!

Bischix is a biscuit sandwich concept led by Chef Chloe Butler, Chef Garett Lewis, and Chef Julia Johnson. We focus on fun, casual bites as well as a small offering of cocktails and beers. Bischix is meant to be simple, exciting, and joyful. It started as a joke within the team and has now morphed into its own venture. The menu changes with each iteration, but all biscuits are still made from scratch. At the root of it. Bischix is about fun and friendship. 

Bischix is counter service - no reservations required or accepted.
