Meet Chef Chloe Butler.

Rooted in homemaking and nostalgia, Chef Chloe loves to create and make dishes that are familiar, yet executed perfectly. She jokingly says her biggest inspiration is Martha Stewart, but she means it "that bitch knows what she's doing", providing meals that remind you of grandma.

Tell us a bit about yourself and how your cooking journey started!

Well, I grew up obsessed with the Food Network (specifically, Iron Chef), and after finally getting to cook for other people, I learned that cooking and serving others is my love language. I started professionally as a line cook at Antoinette's Bakery and after a year I was promoted to a management position with little baking experience. I dove head first into baking to help dial my aesthetic style and start mastering baking as a craft.

Splattered food plating to make it look "cool".

Neutral Good.

What is your favorite restaurant/meal in Tulsa?
