Originally from Houston, Chef Garrett relocated to Tulsa a few years ago and has quickly become one of our most versatile and creative chefs.

Tell us a bit about yourself and how your cooking journey started!

I started by cooking at home. After taking a cooking course with Chef Colin, I started diving into cooking techniques and cuisines.

What is your biggest pet peeve, food related or otherwise?

Bone broth.

What is your favorite kitchen memory or bit?

Not going to hell.

What is the best advice you’ve received (recently or ever)?

Use a scale when you’re cooking.
